Apple Knight

Embark on an odyssey and fight all kinds of enemies and evil creatures in the 2D action game Apple Knight. This platformer has an awesome pixelized style, reminiscent of classics from the Super Nintendo or Mega Drive.

Simply open the app, choose a character, and you can start swinging your sword in beautiful scenes as you search for the exit in each of the game's levels. Each scene in Apple Knight is scattered with gold coins and treasure chests, but getting to them will be no easy task: there's enemies lurking around every corner. Thankfully, there's also apples that you can collect and use as projectile weapons, as well as new weapons and abilities to unlock as you progress through the game.

Apple Knight has controls that work great on touchscreen devices, and several control options to choose from. And, since you'll have to skillfully jump and attack in each level, playing Apple Knight feels like traveling back in time to the era of classic games. Apple Knight also has accurate controls, so although you might make mistakes along the way, it's not the game that's to blame.

Overall, Apple Knight is an excellent game, but the beautifully designed graphics make it absolutely outstanding. On top of all that, this game is constantly being updated, and is very replayable: there's not only loads of items to collect, but also secrets to discover in each level.
